最近的溫度變化較大,我們有些學生都受到影響感冒了。當我們的聲音很疲累,或者有種生病的感覺,應該怎樣做呢?

每一個遇到以上情況的人都必須要休息。充足的休息能減輕對喉嚨及聲帶的負擔,因此休息對聲音的復元是至關重要的。嘗試有8個小時的睡眠讓聲音休息吧。

The answer is simple: rest! Having abundant rest is of utmost importance since it helps to reduce the stress on vocal cords. Try to sleep at least 8 hours a night to ensure that your vocal cords have a good rest.

Note: Bear in mind that you should breathe through your nose rather than your mouth when you sleep.
