第一階段 以中聲區訓練為基礎,掌握基本的發聲方法,調節和鍛煉肌肉以適應唱歌技術的需要。無論哪一個聲部,都應該從中聲區開始訓練。練中聲區的音相對鞏固後再逐步擴大音域,要知道聲樂學習要從基礎入手,中聲區是歌唱嗓音發展的基礎,基礎必須打得紮實,要記住“欲速則不達”的道理, 應先練習基礎的唱歌技巧。
第二階段 是中聲區的基礎上,適當擴展音域,加強氣息與共鳴的配合訓練,練好過渡聲區(即換聲區的訓練),為進入頭聲區的訓練打好基礎。第二階段的練習是關鍵的一環,需要花費的時間相對也比較長,但千萬要有耐心和信心,不要急於唱高音,要沉得住氣,等這段音域鞏固後,再進入高聲區的練習。
第三階段 即高聲區的練習可以在比較鞏固上兩個階段的基礎上加強音量音高的訓練,進一步擴大音域,做較複雜的發聲練習,使各聲種達到理想的音高範圍。這個階級的練習要特別注意高、中、低三個聲區的統一,音的過渡不要發生裂痕和疙瘩,重點是加強頭聲區的訓練,獲取高位置的頭腔共鳴,從而達到統一聲區的目標。這樣我們唱歌發聲的樂器基本製造完畢,可以唱一般難度較大的歌曲了,若想挑戰更高難度的曲目,便要有專業唱歌導師的指導了。

The first stage
Vocal training is generally based on the median register. Grasping the basic methods of articulations, regulation and exercise of muscles can meet the needs of improving singing techniques. No matter who, singer should start vocal training in the median register and practice to consolidate then gradually expand the vocal range. Foundation is of insurmountable importance in vocal learning. Median register is the basis for sound development of voice. Do not rush to develop your sound without solid foundation, Please remember, “Haste makes waste".
The second stage
With the foundation of the median register, we can start extending the vocal range appropriately, enhancing the breathing and resonation with training. Practice the sound transition zone (ie changing sound training area) for entry into the training area of the head voice. The third stage
