Listening to music improves workout


Listening to music not only can bring benefits to our body, it can also raise our work out efficiency and enhance the positive energy that sports bring us.

While we are listening to music and doing sports, endurance will correspondingly increase. A research has pointed out that, 12 men travelled 11 percent further in 10 minutes when they are listening to music. This result shows that when there are music, our energy level will raise and allow us to have motivation to persevere.

Furthermore, music can distract us from any tiredness during workout so as to prevent negative mood stay with us in a long term. Since endorphins are produced, it can bring us good mood and motivation.

Maybe you will ask, then which types of songs should I choose? When we are working out, we are more likely to choose songs with heavy beats and groovy music for example dance and hip hop music. They can make us more energetic and we will be ready for workout!
