Your vocal is your own instrument that should always be protected. Remember to follow those key points to keep your vocal chords healthy !

1.Drink plenty of water (Drinking more water can help hydrating the cells around your throat and larynx.)

2. Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking

3. Don’t shout out loud or whisper (It can strain your voice so much!)

4. Give your voice a day off every week (avoid singing or talking too much!)
