Most people will hear the word "public performance." There are countless stories about the metaphorical death of jealousy, or at least at all costs to admit discomfort and escape. What caused this general fear? Why are we so nervous when we think of "public performances"?


When others focus on you, you will feel their pressure. This is undeniable, it is real. We must accept this pressure and have the conditions to accept it. This understanding of acceptance is called habituation.


Isn't it good to know that you lack a certain trait in public speaking? This should give you some comfort. But once we accept them as part of the deal, what can we do with physical energy and nerves?
