10 Tips for Healthy Singing Voice Part 1 健康唱歌聲線的十個小貼士（上）
All singers desire a healthy singing voice. What should we do in order to maintain a nice vocal? There are 10 tips for all of you and here are the first 5 tips.
(1) Maintain healthy body
Allow body to have sufficient rest to minimize the chance of getting sick and rest your voice if you are not feeling well. Exercise regularly to strengthen the immune system.
(2) Having a balanced diet
In order to obtain adequate nutrients, a balanced diet should include whole grains and vegetables. Moreover, drink 1/2 gallon of water per day to maintain hydrated.
(3) Avoid dry environment
Avoid staying in a dry artificial dry environment such as air-conditioned area and breathing in polluted and dusky air.
(4) Beware of the use of voice
Avoid using your voice under a noisy environment, room with high ceilings and public transportation, also try to avoid yelling from room to room.
(5) Avoid unnecessary coughing and throat clearing.
