嗓子聲帶不舒服但仍要唱歌,怎麽辦呢?以下有7個小技巧,雖然不能讓你完全恢復,但至少唱歌時感覺會舒服一點。

1)短暫的開聲訓練。這個熱身衹是用來測試一下歌手在不適時的能力,如果歌手發現自己連一些簡單音符都不能唱的話,就不要勉强唱歌了。

6)充分利用咪高峰。好好使用四周的設備,盡可能地把自己的聲音放大。有了咪高峰的幫助,歌手也能稍稍放輕聲音,讓嗓子得到休息。

7)靜默。如果你認爲唱歌是你應該做的事情,那你便相信自己,相信自己能夠跨越一切難關。
