動作很簡單: 把舌頭輕慢地以扁平方式伸出來,然後再輕輕地甩舌頭。重覆這個動作約20次。切記不能過度用力,否則可能會拉傷。這動作能幫助你唱歌更動聽!

Many people have neglected mouth warm up before they sing. In fact this little trick can help you sing better with greater ease!

It is very simple: just protrude your tongue flatly outward, then give it a light pull. Do this for 20 times. Remember not to use excessive force though because you don't want to get injured.
