唱歌必做喉嚨熱身 Sing better with throat warm-up


聲樂老師都很關注學生用喉嚨唱歌的問題,其實要避免用喉嚨唱歌,上聲樂班學習歌唱技巧最為重要,不過今日教大家的一個熱身運動,也能幫助大家唱歌時舒緩一點點喉嚨的壓力。

動作很簡單:把大姆指和食指分別放在喉嚨兩旁,並且左右搖動喉嚨。重覆這個動作約20次,有助你唱歌更動聽!

We all know it's bad to use our throat too much when we sing. How to sing better without throat tension? Vocal techniques definitely are the most critical, but there is a warm up exercise that can help us ease some of those tension in our vocal cords too.

The exercise is simple: place your thumb and your index finger on the two sides of your throat. Then, shift it slightly left and right for 20 times. Do this very gently; you should not feel painful doing this. This warm up helps to loosen up your throat and free its tension.
