唱歌殺手1:  壓力  Singers’ Curse #1: Stress


不論在學業、工作、社交方面,壓力是無所不在的。如果人能夠適應壓力,相信壓力是可以促使成長。反之,若承受不了過大的壓力,這會使人感到沮喪低落。任何情感都是能夠透過聲線唱出來。當你感到失意,聲線是能夠充分表達哀傷的情感,反之亦然。再者,過大的壓力會令到肩膀、頸部和下巴引起不適當的肌肉緊張並且會抑壓了大腦傳送信息的能力,從而影響到唱歌的表現。

Stress can be found in anywhere, whether in study, work or our social life, etc. While good stress make us grow, an inability to pressure in life can lead to anxiety and even depression. Even more unfortunate for singers is the fact that all our emotions affect our singing. When we feel stressed, our shoulders become tense and our vocal cords tight. The tension in our shoulders, neck and jaw can interrupt the work of our brain as well when we singing, making us unable to free our voice and sing with ease.
