2. Practice, practice, practice.

As we said, natural vibrato would not come if you do not devote time to practise singing regularly, to make it part of your physical regime. So, be motivated and keep practising. We are sure you will enjoy this journey.

3. Release all tension above your shoulder.

Remember that during singing, you are not having tense shoulders, tense jaw, or jolting the head forward. How to reduce tension when singing?

Movement is a good way. Try moving your shoulders, swinging the body, your arms forward and backward. If you tend to have tension around your neck, do a head roll while singing to release the tension.

Another part that often goes unnoticed is the jaw. Singing when your jaw almost drops. Almost like it has no energy at all. Press on your jaw joint to remind yourself to relax.

If you have correct breathing technique and is practising singing without tension, we are sure that in time, vibrato will just arrive one day. Be patient, don’t be too hard on yourself.

三、釋放體內多餘的壓力

在唱歌前,你有沒有先放鬆?

對唱歌來說最重要的,是肩膀以上肌肉的放鬆。

頸部緊、肩膀緊、顎骨緊、頭部前傾……體內壓力是阻礙練習進度的一大元兇。

練唱歌前你又有沒有先去處理這些問題?

  要釋放多餘壓力,最簡單的方法是活動身體。覺得身體緊繃時,搖晃你的肩膀,擺動一下手臂,轉動頸部。嘗試把殘余的壓力迫出,使上半身返回放鬆狀態。

  只要身體放鬆,並且運用正確的呼吸技巧,自然震音的到來便指日可待了。
