如果你因聲音綳緊,不能加入震音以維持音調,那你也難以保持流暢度。穩定的震音是需要穩定的氣息支持的。所以如果你想要穩定的震音,可以現從連氣開始。你可以作這麼簡單的一個練習:先深呼吸,然後慢慢呼氣,產生好像蛇一般的「嘶嘶」聲,直至感受到體內所有氣呼出為止。做的時侯留意氣聲需平穩而有力。

A steady vibrato gives smoothness to your sustained pitches. In order to have a steady vibrato, make sure that your voice is not tense and you engage your breath as you sing. In order to have a stead vibrato, you need to practice breathing. Try this simple exercise: take a deep breath into your tummy, and exhale slowly on “si” until you are out of breath. Make sure you produce a steady air sound.
