唱歌必做背部熱身 Sing better with back warm-up


很多聲樂老師都會要求學生唱歌時挺起胸膛,其實正確的背部姿勢對於唱歌是非常重要的,學唱歌的人必須要會背部熱身運動。

背部熱身運動很簡單:將上半身彎曲,手臂放鬆垂直,直至大拇指能觸碰到腳趾,停下來數十秒,保持正常呼吸,再慢慢拍上半身提起,回復原本姿勢。這個是下半身的伸展運動。把手提高拉上天空,保持姿勢數十秒,不斷呼吸,然後慢慢向兩側伸展,最後放鬆,這個是上半身的伸展運動。

Many vocal coaches require students to keep their back straight when they sing. In fact a healthy back posture helps us sing better. If you have never received any vocal coaching before, it is recommendable that you do more warm up to reduce the possibility of injury.

Stretch your hands to the sky. Then stretch to the two sides and relax. This warms up your upper back. Curl your body and relax your arms until your fingers reach your toes. This is a lower back stretch. Do this every time before you sing karaoke!

While vocal warm-up ensure that you sing safely, it requires vocal techniques in order to sing better.
